Jim brings over 23 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, asset management, and leasing across commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. He spent over 18 years at Browman Development Company, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in the development, redevelopment, leasing, and asset management of commercial real estate valued at over $1 billion. His work included numerous ground-up shopping centers for national clients such as Walgreens, Target, and Starbucks. Most recently, Jim served as President of Evergreen Housing Development Group, where he was responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio through successful site acquisition, development, finance, construction execution, and lease-up of multifamily developments in the Pacific Northwest, including apartment and build-for-rent communities.
